Storage included

Your documents, photographs and evidence are stored as part of the product, for as long as your subscription is active. There is no separate storage charge.

The things people ask before buying

If your question is not here, ask us — we would rather answer it now than have you buy the wrong thing.

Is it really one price with nothing else to buy?

Yes. Everything listed for your tier is included, including document storage and review reminders. The only optional extra is additional users at £5 per user, per year.

What happens at the end of the year?

The licence is annual, per premises. You will be reminded before it is due. While your subscription is active, everything you have stored stays available to you.

I have several premises. Do I pay for each one?

Each premises needs its own workbook, because each one needs its own assessment, plans and evidence. Organisations with several premises are better served by a multi-site account, which adds organisation-wide oversight — tell us how many you have and we will come back with the right structure and price.

Can I start on Standard Tier and move to Enhanced later?

Yes. Enhanced Tier adds the Public Protection Measures Assessment on top of everything in Standard Tier. Your existing answers, plans and actions carry over — you do not start again. If your circumstances change, get in touch and we will sort the difference.

Does buying this make me compliant?

No, and nobody should tell you otherwise. The Martyn's Law Workbook is designed to help organisations structure, record and manage their protective preparedness arrangements. Organisations remain responsible for ensuring that the measures and procedures they implement are appropriate to their circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

What if my premises turns out to be out of scope?

Use the Readiness Check first — it is free and takes about two minutes. Many organisations below the threshold still choose to prepare, because the same assessment, plans and actions are good practice regardless of whether the Act applies.
