One system for every premises

Organisations managing multiple locations can create and maintain individual protective response arrangements while retaining central management visibility.

Oversight

Know which premises are up to date — without chasing spreadsheets

Know which premises are up to date, which require attention and where priority actions remain outstanding — without chasing spreadsheets or individual documents.

Each premises keeps its own Responsible Person, its own assessment and its own plans, because each building is different. What changes at organisation level is the view: one dashboard across every location, so nothing hides in someone else's inbox.

  • Multiple premises under one organisational account
  • Individual Responsible Persons per premises
  • Premises-specific assessments and plans
  • Action tracking across the estate
  • Organisation-wide dashboard and status comparison
  • Overdue and high-priority action reporting
  • Review monitoring
  • Central management oversight

User roles

The right access for each person

Roles reflect how organisations actually work: someone runs the account, someone is responsible for each premises, others contribute or simply need to see.

Organisation Administrator

Manages the organisation, its premises, its users, billing and organisation-wide reporting.

Responsible Person

Manages the assessment, plans, actions, documents and reviews for their premises.

Contributor

Completes assigned tasks and contributes information, without controlling the record.

Read Only

Views information without editing — for auditors, advisers, insurers or senior oversight.

Standard Tier includes 1 user per premises and Enhanced Tier includes 5 users. Additional users are £5 per user, per year.

Who this is for

Built for organisations responsible for more than one location

Hospitality & retail groups

Pubs, restaurants, bars and stores where the estate is large and the local teams are small.

Leisure & hotel operators

Sites with fluctuating occupancy, function rooms and events running alongside normal trading.

Education organisations

Multi-campus trusts and colleges — which remain within Standard Tier however many people attend.

Healthcare organisations

Sites with public areas, staff areas and vulnerable people who cannot simply be evacuated.

Local authorities

Mixed estates — libraries, leisure centres, halls, offices — with different Responsible Persons.

Property management

Where more than one Responsible Person operates within the same location and needs to co-ordinate.

Entertainment venues

Theatres, arenas and clubs, where Enhanced Tier and qualifying events both come into play.

Consultants & advisers

Supporting several clients, each needing their own record and their own evidence.

Places of worship

Qualifying places of worship, which remain within the Standard Tier regardless of numbers.
