Cookie Policy

What we store on your device, why, and how to control it.

Last updated: [DATE]

Before this site goes live

This page must be reconciled against the cookies the site actually sets once analytics and any CRM tracking are switched on. If non-essential cookies are used, a consent banner is required and must be added — the table below assumes that decision has not yet been made.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are necessary for the site to work at all; others are used to measure how the site is used, or to support marketing.

The cookies this website uses

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They do not require your consent.

Cookie Purpose Expires
PHPSESSID Keeps your session so that contact and enquiry forms can be protected against cross-site request forgery, and so that a submitted form is not processed twice. When you close your browser

This cookie is only set when you visit a page containing a form.

Analytics

[NOT CURRENTLY IN USE.] If analytics are enabled, this section must list the provider, the cookies set, their purpose and lifetime, and the site must obtain consent before setting them.

Marketing

[NOT CURRENTLY IN USE.] If advertising or CRM tracking pixels are added — for example for LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram campaigns — they must be listed here and placed behind consent.

Things that are not cookies

The typeface used on this site is served from our own servers rather than from a third-party font service, so viewing the site does not send your IP address to a font provider. The Readiness Check works entirely in your browser and stores nothing.

Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie will stop the enquiry forms from working, because the protection they rely on needs it.

The platform

Once you sign in, the Workbook application sets an authentication cookie so that you stay signed in as you move between pages. That cookie is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for.
